beefin’ this mother up
I’m sitting in a coffee shop wishing that I had the half edge that some of these people have. Then I think…well maybe they are just acting too. In this particular moment their stage is this local coffee shop. I perform like I’m trendy and artsy…but I’m just one of those actors cast as “girl in coffee shop” not a main character today. Which in all reality is my preference. So here we all are in the same place at the same time doing our best to “break a leg”. I mean come on… I’m in a coffee shop blogging on my Mac laptop listening to John Mayer on my Ipod…how much trendier can you get…trendy and cliché are totally interchangeable at this point…haha
I bet that the “edgy” people in here right now are in the same spot I am. Quarter-life crisis…maybe…☺
So I’ve decided that my blog is lame…I’m going to be trying to upgrade this thing. I was reading a blog recently and thought wow…how poetic and I’m just “yada yada yadaing” through this whole BLOG world.
So some of my goals for this thing are to be:
1.) Real/authentically Laura Lynn Glass Vinson
2.) Be insightful and poetic
3.) Show off some of my pics
4.) Try to posting more often
So buckle up Blog world…It’s about to get stanky up in this plizace.
I’m still pondering the question “what it means to be successful”
